1. Marketplace Overview
MZS provides a classifieds marketplace platform for the racing community. We connect buyers and sellers of racing parts, equipment, and apparel. Please note: MZS does not handle, store, or ship any physical inventory listed in the marketplace.
2. Shipping Responsibility
All shipping arrangements, costs, and logistics are strictly between the individual buyer and seller.
- Sellers are encouraged to provide accurate shipping estimates.
- Buyers should confirm shipping methods and tracking information before completing a transaction.
- MZS is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
3. Local Pickup
Given the weight and size of many racing components (e.g., engines, transmissions, tires), we strongly recommend local pickup at race tracks or shops when possible. Sellers can indicate their location and track schedule within their listings.
4. International Shipping
International shipping is at the sole discretion of the seller. Custom duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Always use tracked shipping services and retain proof of postage for high-value racing components to protect yourself in the event of a dispute.
