1. Classifieds Policy
MZS operates as a classifieds marketplace. We do not own, inspect, or sell the items listed. Because the majority of items are used racing components, all sales are considered FINAL and AS-IS unless otherwise stated by the seller.
2. Buyer & Seller Protection
Transactions are completed directly between users. MZS does not process payments for physical goods and does not offer a money-back guarantee.
For Buyers
Inspect items thoroughly (or request detailed photos/videos) before purchase. Confirm compatibility with your car class.
For Sellers
Accurately describe any wear, damage, or history of the component. Honesty builds a trusted racing community.
3. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage users to communicate directly to find a resolution. While MZS cannot force a refund, we take reports of fraud or misrepresentation seriously. Users found to be acting in bad faith will be permanently banned from the platform.
4. Subscription Refunds
For MZS software subscriptions (Pro/Team):
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the Account Dashboard.
- Partial-month refunds are not provided.
- If you believe you have been charged in error, contact maxzonesys@gmail.com within 7 days.
