1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MZS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MZS is a racing team management platform that provides tools for:
- Managing sponsor relationships and generating ROI reports
- Tracking race results and performance data
- Managing inventory, parts, and maintenance schedules
- Creating and sharing public racer profiles
- Buying and selling racing parts through the marketplace
- AI-assisted race analysis and recommendations
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Free and Paid Plans
We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features as described on our pricing page.
4.2 Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
4.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
5. User Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, data, text). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it to provide the Service.
5.2 Content Guidelines
You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Violates any applicable law
- Impersonates another person or entity
6. Marketplace Terms
The marketplace feature allows users to buy and sell racing parts. When using the marketplace:
- Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions and honoring sales
- Buyers are responsible for payment and accepting items as described
- MZS is not a party to transactions between users
- We may remove listings that violate these terms
- Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly
7. Racing Data and Tuning Tools
7.1 Weather Station and Density Altitude Calculator
The Weather Station feature provides density altitude calculations, weather data, and optional jetting suggestions based on atmospheric conditions. These tools are provided for informational and reference purposes only.
IMPORTANT: All tuning suggestions, jetting recommendations, and performance adjustments displayed by the Service are estimates based on general formulas and rules of thumb. They are NOT a substitute for professional engine tuning, dyno testing, or consultation with your engine builder.
- MZS does NOT guarantee the accuracy of any weather data, density altitude calculations, or tuning suggestions
- All jetting and timing adjustments should be verified by a qualified engine builder or tuner before implementation
- Environmental conditions, engine specifications, fuel quality, and other factors may affect optimal tuning beyond what our calculations consider
- You assume full responsibility for any changes made to your engine, carburetor, or other components based on information from this Service
- MZS Systems, LLC is not liable for any engine damage, performance issues, mechanical failures, or other consequences resulting from tuning decisions
7.2 Track and Sanctioning Body Rules
Racing rules, technical specifications, and safety requirements vary by track, sanctioning body, and class. The Service does not provide legal or regulatory advice regarding:
- Track-specific rules or restrictions
- Sanctioning body technical requirements (NHRA, IHRA, etc.)
- Class-specific equipment rules
- Safety equipment requirements
Always consult your track officials and sanctioning body rulebook before making equipment changes or competing.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Collect user information without consent
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MZS Systems, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MZS SYSTEMS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MZS Systems, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
