We know your car setups, tuning notes, and race data represent years of hard work and competitive advantage. Here's our promise to you in plain English:

- ✓Your setups stay secret — only YOU can see your tuning data, shock settings, and race notes.
- ✓You control sharing — sponsors only see what you choose to share in reports. Nothing more.
- ✓No "anonymous" data mining — we don't aggregate your setup data to sell "insights" to competitors.
- ✓Delete anytime — leave and take your data with you, or have it permanently erased.
We're racers too. We'd never want someone selling our secrets — and we'll never sell yours.

8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
8.1 Core Account Data
Your racing data — setups, results, sponsors, inventory, expenses, and uploaded files — is kept for the lifetime of your account. When you delete your account, all of this data is permanently removed after a 30-day recovery window.
8.2 Automatically Purged Data
Some data is automatically cleaned up on a regular schedule to keep the platform efficient:
- Read notifications: Removed after 90 days
- Unread notifications: Removed after 180 days
- Inactive device tokens: Removed after 90 days of inactivity
- Feature usage records: Removed after 6 months
- Team activity logs: Removed after 1 year
- Track event schedules: Past events removed after 1 year
- Data import logs: Removed after 90 days
8.3 Payment & Billing Data
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store only a reference to your Stripe account — not your card number or payment details. Stripe retains billing records per their own policies (typically 7+ years for tax compliance). When you delete your account, we cancel your subscription and remove local billing references.
8.4 Analytics & Logs
Usage analytics collected via Google Analytics follow Google's standard retention settings. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. These logs help us diagnose issues and are not shared with third parties.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
